California Green Press recently printed the first run of The Squickerwonkers, a children’s graphic novel by Evangeline Lily.
Evangeline is a Canadian actor most notably known for her starring roles in the hit television series Lost and the most recent theatrical release of The Hobbit, (directed by Peter Jackson and starring Orlando Bloom, Christopher Lee, Richard Armitage and Cate Blanchett.) Evangeline is an eco warrior, who truly loves the planet. She wanted as eco friendly a product as possible, so on this first run we ran low VOC soy based inks on a 100% PCW Conservation stock made by Neenah paper.
